the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient. the mini market outside the hotel had good prices and late hours.
the rooms were not sound proof. i could hear everything happening in the next room.

the breakfast had a wide variety of options. the staff was very polite. i found the service excellent! i appreciated the big, clean and beautiful hotel. the reception area had elegant flowers and excellent staff.
i noticed the rooms though large are not sound proof. i could hear everything happening in the next room.

I safe area . The rooms were spacious and cozy. Room service was fast and delicious. The cleaning staff was supportive and kept everything clean.
The hotel does not provide a shuttle from the airport only to the airport with a very limited number of time slots.

The hotel had a convenient location close to the airport. A nearby metro station provides easy access to the city center. I noted a pharmacy and supermarket are also within walking distance.

The staff greeted us upon arrival. Collins was particularly helpful on several occasions. He listened to what we were wanting to do and offered several options. The car and our driver were fantastic.
I think the breakfast should start earlier (maybe at 5.00am). The shuttle bus service to the airport shall have increased capacity. It must accommodate people willing to reach the airport without ordering a taxi.
